With almost a decade of experience as a nurse, Shelby has always held a deep admiration for first responders. Having worked in correctional settings from a medical perspective, she experienced firsthand the camaraderie of those who protect and serve. She also witnessed the gaps in financial wellness that often impact this incredible community.

Today, as part of a law enforcement family herself—her fiance is an officer and they recently welcomed their little boy, Brody—Shelby is more passionate than ever about helping families like theirs thrive. Getting to see the world through Brody's eyes has been the biggest gift, and it inspires her to help other families find peace of mind. While parents focus on putting their families first and ensuring they’re protected, Shelby wants to be a partner in making financial security a reality. She has transitioned her career to focus on supporting those who tirelessly support everyone else, combining her love for helping people with a commitment to setting them up for financial success. 

Outside of work, Shelby loves exploring the outdoors, trying new foods, and embracing family adventures.
